Jesus is Real!

The Lord ministered to a young adopted son in a very powerful way during a meeting in North Ridgeville, Ohio. In a spontaneous prophetic moment, the Lord spoke into his life with such precision that he was amazed. For most of his life he was abused and even taught that Jesus is not real. His broken life was restored as the Lord showed him that He was as real as it gets! The boy returned with his adopted family to every meeting. His mother testifying of the tremendous and radical change she has seen in his life! Here is an excerpt from her e-mail: "The last time you were at at our church, you spoke a word to my son.  What you spoke were things only God could have told you.  My son has begun a change from that day.  He had been on meds for seven years for ADHD, and Re Attachment Disorder plus he has Fetal Alcohol Syndrome ,anyway in January he asked to be taken off the meds, which the Psychiatrist thought would be a big mistake, never the less she agreed.  Praise God he is still off and only a few minor problems.  God has surely used the two of you to let him know how real God is. I was about to give up and asked God to show me something, and, He did.  My son keeps asking when you are coming back.  He is growing in stature and eating better and just watching him change is seeing God's hand at work."

Relational Restoration

The prophetic gift is tremendous! In a meeting in Ohio the Lord identified two men sitting in separate sections of the auditorium. As we ministered to them, the power of God touched them in a very deep way. They were living together in a homosexual relationship and hooked of drugs. The Lord always reveals to heal and both made commitments to Christ, renouncing their lifestyle.

Pastor’s daughter leads two people to Jesus after she got saved less than 24 hours before!
A pastor’s daughter and son in law came to a meeting. The manifestation of the power of the Lord was tremendous. Many lives were touched and they gave their hearts to the Lord. The very next day the pastor’s daughter started to share her testimony with people. In a matter of two hours she led two people to the Lord. She was amazed at how effortless it was!

Thank you for the most exciting week at Word of Life Church in South Mills, NC. We have been refreshed and renewed in the "Power and Strength of God's Glory." We will never be the same!!!! We have stepped through the "Opened Door." We have received power to witness, pray the prayer of faith and healing. We have already prayed for others and they have been set free from bondage. We have lead a man to the Lord that has been in our local hospital many many times. We believe the Lord will use this man in a mighty way. The shackels of bondage broken off...
I would like to give God praise for changing my life during revival services last week at Word Of Faith Christian Center in Marion, SC. I have been a Christian for many years and have been Spirit filled for the last 13 years. The last 2 years have been very difficult for me and I made things worse by drifting away from God. I realized this and knew in my heart that Jesus was my hope, my only hope, so when our church planned revival I purposed in my heart to be there. On Sunday night at the altar all of us who had responded to the message were praising God. Rudi said as you begin to enter into praise, the shackels of bondage will be broken off of your life and I am here to give God Glory for doing just that in my life! I had started smoking about 10 months ago as a release for the stress of my Mother's death and some deep personal problems in my life. Of course when I started smoking I didn't plan on smoking for long, but as the weeks went by I became more and more dependant on the cigarettes and soon I was hooked! I knew God still loved me but I didn't want to smoke for the rest of my life so I asked God to deliver me from this powerful addiction. While I was praising Him at the alter, He did just that!!!!

It has been almost 2 weeks now since this mighty move of God and I just want to PRAISE HIM!!! We had 15 straight days of Revival services and I grew closer to God each day. I feel so refreshed and clean and full of power, GOD IS SO GOOD!! I just wanted to thank God for delivering me and for the ministry of Rudi and Sharon. They are very precious people and God is using them in a mighty way! Praise God, I encourage everyone who reads this testimony to seek God for whatever you need, and God will meet your need, HE LOVES YOU and wants to DO GOOD THINGS FOR YOU!

In the Presence of God is Fullness of Joy!
On Thursday night, just as I had gotten up from rolling with laughter on the floor, Pastor Rudi touched me again and I was again on the floor filled with laughter. Praise God you had told us God touches everyone differently because I ended up on the floor laughing alot. If the Spirit of Laughter is in the congregation, it hits me ... but for the rest of the night, I could not stop staggering around. I have felt drunk before especially during the revival service at Rhema in 1993 under Rodney Howard Brown. This time I did not feel drunk, I kept saying "Marilyn, you don't know these people they are going to think you are crazy ..." but then I would say "SO.... God do what ever you want!" Anyway, I stumbled around like a drunk for a long long time.

Then on Friday, I experienced the GLORY OF GOD, after I finally stood ... there was such a heaviness on me. I would say to the Lord ... "Lord, I can hardly stand but I don't know who is behind me and I don't want to hurt them." Finally, Pastor Rudi came and touched me ... I was out in the Spirit for a long time and when I became conscious my first thought was "Lord, those sanctuary lights are so bright"... but it was not the lights it was GOD'S GLORY!!! When I opened my eyes, Pastor Rudi was frozen beside me. I lay there basking in God's Glory for a long long time. It was a glorious experience!!!

The shocker came the next day, because when I got up, I was filled with joy, but I did not feel drunk in the spirit. The next morning, I awoke and just did not want to get out of bed. I had such a heaviness. I could not function in the natural ... I had all these things to do since it was Saturday ... but I couldn't do them. Finally, I realized I was drunk!!! My husband would say something to me and I would just fall down laughing. I had such a heaviness on me that I could not walk uprightly. My friends would call on the phone and I would have to lay down to talk and I would just lay there laughing. Finally, I called my friend who went with me and is the Praise and Worship Leader at our church. She was at work and she said all she could do was look at the screen and keep herself from falling out of the chair.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! For your obedience to God!!!! Throughout this week God has continued to speak powerfully to me ... I had been meditating on Psalm 51:10-12 "Create in me a clean heart..." God has revealed that many have never even experienced the JOY of their Salvation. Also, yesterday, God revealed what has been going on with me. I am in the natural a very organized person, and of late, I have been fighting this feeling of not being able and not wanting to stay on top of things. God told me yesterday, "Stop fighting this helplessness and start professing My Word, When I am weak, God is strong."

I bought Sharon's Songs from the Heart and your tape series "Birthing Revival." I wanted my husband, who was unable to come any night because of ministry obligations, to experience your ministry. Sharon your songs are truely 'Given by God' and minister LIFE. Pastor Rudi, we have only listened to the first tape, but through you God revealed that He is doing what I have prayed all year ... "Lord, I want Lou and I to be ministers of Your revival ... minister to show the Unbeliever and the Body of Christ Your Power, Love, and Glory."

Rudi and Sharon, you will be in my prayers and I pray that after our Pastors hear your tapes, you will be invited to our church to minister. Pastors Rudi and Sharon, you have such a strong anointing to bring God's People into the Presence of the Almighty God. It is only at the 'altar of God' that peoples lives are changed. This is a message that the charismatic church needs to know. "In the Presence of God is Fullness of Joy!!!!"

Hurting but experienced the Glory of God...
When I came to Evangel Temple last Wednesday, November 2nd, I was hurt. The Lord had shown me Psalm 55 because I was hurt by what "my friends had told my pastor" and "what my pastor had said to me without even inquiring of me." I am the Children's Minister at my church and we are a very small church that up to about a month ago had two volunteers with the children. Anyway, Praise God in my hurt, I knew I had, to the best of my ability, done what God told me ... so my prayer was "Lord, in your presence is fullness of Joy."

On Wednesday night, I came with a friend and her two children ... so I was not able to get the fullness of what God had because we had to leave so the children could go to bed. I did however get two very clear words from the Lord at the altar on Wednesday night. I knew that I was to go the next day to the person who had said some things about me and had started the fire in two other people who had gone to our pastors. I knew that I was to ask forgiveness for offending her. I came home that night and told my husband what God had spoken to me and asked him to pray with me the next morning before we went to work.

Rudi and Sharon, God is so merciful and loving! As I lay awake the next morning, I told God that I was willing to obey and knew that I needed to do this today ... but the hardest thing would have been to call her on the phone and set up a time. As we were finishing praying Thursday morning, the telephone rang and it was the person asking me to meet with her. When I got to her house and we sat down, I told her, "Please forgive me if I have offended you." She started to tear up and say that God had been dealing with her and she asked me to forgive her for the awful things she had said about me!!! Praise God for His Love, Mercy, Grace and Faithfulness.

I share all this only to say because of my obedience, I was so blessed on Thursday and Friday night. I experienced the GLORY OF GOD. I had always wondered what the Glory of God was. It was only later after all of this that I came to know that your ministry's name is God's Glory.

Sold business and trying to re-adjust...
We so loved your ministering. We attended most of your services and never missed an altar call. You have enriched us and we are still drunk. Praise Jesus. Sharon, I listen to your CD at home while I am working, as I lay down at night, and whenever I need a fresh drink of the Holy Spirit. Phill is beginning to think my headset is permanently attached, oh well! I am 54 and had a mild heart attack in August. I have sold my business and am trying to readjust my life and my priorities after many years of stress and long hours. Jesus is my Savior, thru Him I am renewed and now, since your revival, drunk a good deal of my day.

More worship and praise...

Refreshing flowed through the place!
One night Sharon blew the Shofar (rams horn) to announce the Presence of the Lord. As she blew the horn, the people started to shout to the Lord. They lifted up a cry for about 15 minutes! Nothing could stop them. The power of the Lord started to fall in the place and many got touched by the Lord for the first time. Refreshing flowed through the place.

Pastor drunk but no alcohol!
The pastor got up on the platform on a Sunday morning and asked forgiveness from the Church. He said: "Last week I got drunk." He explained that he never in his whole life had any alcoholic drink over his lips. Yet in the meeting the power of the Holy Spirit came on him and he was drunk on the New Wine of the Holy Spirit.

People seeing visions!
Many people have been seeing visions. Some for the first time in their lives. People have seen angels in various meetings. While Sharon was ministering prophetically through music to the people, a Methodist pastor saw two angels standing behind her, covering her in a mantle. The anointing was tremendous.

Vision seen by a pastor!
Another pastor saw a vision where he was walking down a road. The road had two great walls on either side and he followed the road. As the road turned he saw Jesus walking right towards him with His hands opened wide. The Lord spoke to him and told him that he was going to go in a direction without any distractions and he would walk right into the Presence of the Lord. He would be welcomed by Jesus Himself.

The fire of the Lord fell on the pastor's wife and she ministered to the people. Many folks said it was the most powerful time they ever experienced in the Lord. People fell to the ground and some were even flung to the ground as the fire of God was released.

Lady not wanting to be happy was changed!
A young lady joined the church a few months ago. She told all the people that she does not want to be happy and they should not even try to make her happy or smile or laugh. On Wednesday night, the power of the Lord came on her and joy bubbled out of her inner most being. She could not stop laughing until three in the morning! She was completely touched and changed by the power of the Lord.

Daddy, Please Take Me to Church!
A man in Marion, SC came home on a Saturday afternoon. His five year old son came to him and begged him, saying: "Daddy please take me to church!" His dad brushed him off gently until his son stopped asking. On Sunday morning they came to church. We were in the middle of a special series of meetings that started on Friday night. Through the ministry, God penetrated the dad's life in a mighty way. He sent us this letter:

Dearest Rudi & Sharon:

This past weekend when you were at my church, I didn't really express my heartfelt gratitude for you being there as I wanted to. Everything you said and sang ministered and moved and encouraged my spirit in some way. I was at a very serious down place in my heart - maybe near a turn for the wrong, as a result of some very old rejection wounds I couldn't seem to shake. Anyway when you prayed for me....and God spoke through you in such a very sweet, gentle and understanding way - recognizing my pain, it revealed to me how very much God does care, and the words that were spoken directly to my heart began to heal the hurt. I want to thank you both for answering God's call and for coming to our church and the time you took with me. I look forward to your return. I hope it's soon! Be encouraged and be blessed!

At the end of the Sunday morning meeting the five year old son came to his dad and asked: "Daddy, is church over now?" The dad replied: "Son, from now on Church is never over!" - Praise the Lord!! Back to Top

Lady ministered to through "Songs From the Heart."
A lady attending our Campmeeting in CT told us her story. She gave her heart to the Lord 10 months ago. Somehow she got Sharon's CD, Songs from the Heart, and started listening to it. She lives in Queens, New York City and as a baby in the Lord she really did not know what to do with this new life in Christ. All she had for months was the CD to listen to. She memorized every song and played it over and over and over again. As she played it, the Lord moved in her and she started to grow in the Lord. She read the Word and listened to the CD. Today she is plugged into a great church in New York and is a living testimony of the change the Lord can bring in a person's life. The people she works with cannot believe how she has changed. When you speak to her, she literally overflows with God's love. We praise the Lord for the many lives touched and changed by Songs from the Heart!

Young people touched and changed.
On Friday night, the Glory of the Lord was manifested in the meeting in awesome ways. Many young people were touched and changed by the power of the Lord. One young lady testified the next morning that she had a lot of problems especially in her family and for the past year the only emotion she showed was to cry. On Friday night, the power of the Lord came upon her and the river of joy sprung up from her innermost being. She laughed for the first time in a year! On Saturday, one could see her whole countenance had been changed. Praise the Lord! During these meetings, many young people received the Lord as their personal Savior while others rededicated their lives to Him.

I have never felt happier!
I have diabetes and suffered from depression. Once I overdosed on painkillers just to get rid of the pain. I came to the meeting and the Lord touched me. Praise Jesus, I have never felt happier in my life. I always thought I was not worth God's time, but He proved me wrong. I am His child and He delights in me.

Filled with the Holy Spirit.
Our church and my soul have been filled with the Holy Spirit!! God has unleashed His power on me in ways I never dreamed possible! I am so excited to go into the House of the Lord I can hardly wait for 7:30 to roll around. I am anxious to see what He has in store next. People are praising God, accepting Jesus Christ as their Savior, being healed! "THE WALLS OF JERICHO ARE TUMBLING DOWN!" I just can not explain how wonderful it is to be filled with the Holy Spirit. It is something you have to experience for yourself.

I will never be the same again...
Oh! Tonight I witnessed God's Holy Spirit falling down on the little ones in our church. What a blessing! They were so overcome with the Holy Spirit and were so happy. It made my soul rejoice. I know I will never be the same again, nor do I want to be. I've never felt so light just as if I was walking on air. My sorrow was lifted and joy just filled me from my feet to my head. Our church is more alive than I have ever seen it in 25 years!

There is a new freedom in me.
Words are not adequate to describe the things we have seen and heard nor the emotions we have experienced. The Spirit of the Lord has flooded our church - revived us, renewed us, re-created us, and we will not be the same again. Throughout the week He moved among us - ministering, healing, comforting, encouraging, changing - His presence was tangible, made more real to us than we could ever imagine. We were drawn and inspired by the Swanepoel's ministry. They are such a genuine, gifted and God-centered couple, but we began to lose sight of these two and saw Jesus in our midst.

The Holy Spirit revealed Jesus to us in every meeting. Day by day He led us into deeper depths of worship until by weeks' end we were dancing and shouting our praises. We are changing: Hugging each other, laughing together, enjoying the joyous fellowship with the Spirit, we are becoming the true Body of Christ. As meetings ended, folks lingered late, not wanting to leave His presence.

The Lord has also done a miracle in our children. Several girls began to cry and when questioned they replied "We are so happy." Before long the children were back asking for more. They began to pray for one another, eagerly laying hands and seeking God's intervention, catching one another as they fell under the power of the Holy Spirit. As parents and teachers, we looked on in awe and joy.

Never did I think I would see dozens of people literally running to the altar to receive a blessing. I was sitting in the front pew and wasn't able to make it to the railing before it was filled up. The power of the Lord touched us and soon the aisles and hallways were filled with bodies - some resting peacefully, others laughing uncontrollably. For those who stayed late, there was the true experience of being "drunk in the Spirit" an incredible joyful, freeing feeling. We danced, we praised, we hugged and no one wanted to leave. There is much more: People keep calling in to report more of their experiences. Testimonies are pouring in and excitement is growing.

There is a new freedom in me. A freedom in worship, in relationships with others and with God. I have never been more in love with my Jesus than I am today. I have never had such a desire to serve, to worship, to get into the Word, as I do now. I wake up each morning with new expectancy. I feel a desire to pray at all times - for people, for circumstances, for our church, our pastor. I want to touch people, hug them, pray for them - even strangers in the store! There is an awakening in me, for want of better words, as if I am just beginning to understand who I am - who Jesus created me to be."

Kids on fire for God.

"After Rudi started praying for me he barely got through his sentence and my arms and legs gave in. I was lying on the floor for about 10 minutes. After I got up, I began to cry continuously along with other lady friends. I was asked why I was crying. My answer was: "Because I am so happy." I could feel the glory of God. I went with the other children to a meeting in an office. There we "learned" to speak in our prayer language. On April 1 I was put down again. I would shake madly and speak in tongues when I was down. What a feeling!"
